The whales, puffins, & local residents need their beauty sleep.  Sound carries a lot over the water.  Be respectful of noise.

Do your dishes, and clean spills & crumbs that occur on all surfaces including furniture, walls, & flooring. 

Take great care while using fire products (BBQ) due to unpredictable winds. Ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving them. 

Leave the place as you found it, and report any accidents or damages to us so that we can make adjustments for the next guests.  Additional charges may apply for unreported damages found. 

No jokers, no smokers, no midnight tokers.  No smoking of any kind inside the house.  Consume tobacco, vaping, and marijuana products outside and away from open windows, and dispose of butts in the can provided.  

No illegal substances, items, or activities. 

Relax and unwind responsibly with your registered guests.  No irresponsible parties.
